Choose one thing to practice
Start with juggling or passing against a wall. Pick a technique focus: keeping juggles low, using the other foot, or receiving a rebound within reach. The count supports the drill; it does not choose the technique for you.
Use a short, repeatable routine
Begin with several controlled attempts. Practice the chosen drill, pause to notice what changes, then repeat. End while you can still focus on clean movement rather than chasing a number.
Make room for team play
Solo drills give you repeated attempts at a specific skill. Soccer also requires reading opponents, timing runs and choosing passes. Include teammates, opponents and game-like practice as part of your wider development.
Track the supported activities
Touches counts juggling and completed wall pass cycles. It does not automatically count all dribbling or other ball-mastery drills. See what a saved session tracks.
