Use counts as a personal baseline
A session records juggling contacts or completed wall passes. These are separate activities with different definitions. Compare like with like rather than treating a pass cycle as a direct measure of every foot contact.
Set a touch goal that fits
The daily goal is adjustable in Settings. Your plan suggests a starting goal from your answers to three quick questions, but that number is a product setting, not a scientific recommendation. Choose a target that fits your experience, technique and other practice.
Personal bests, XP and streaks
Personal bests highlight eligible camera sessions. XP gives counted practice a visible progression, while the streak calendar shows when you practiced. These features are motivational records, not rankings of overall soccer ability.
Keep your history private
Touches has no accounts. Your history is stored on your iPhone and, if you use iCloud, syncs through your own private iCloud so it follows you to a new iPhone. We can’t see it. Optional ball paths store positions without footage.
